Vivation Vivation is a skill that you learn to use so that you can permanently resolve your own pain, stress and negativity. Vivation is physically pleasurable. It does not involve medicine, religion, hypnosis, therapy or joining anything. You can learn to cultivate your own happiness and power, enjoying every aspect of your life more.

You learn to do Vivation for yourself in seven lessons. The series is customized to fit your exact needs, creating a powerfully transformative experience.
The Seven Basic Lessons take place over a period of two, three, or four days. They are affordable. Sessions must be booked advance. They are presently available in North America and in Europe, although under special circumstances, other arrangements can be made through the Vivation referral network.

Loving Your Self Thin The Ten LYT Lessons will enable you to change your relationship to food, eating and your body forever.

You will:

  • Relearn how to eat
  • How to handle food cravings
  • How to deal with the troubling emotions which are often the cause of overeating and overweight

You will learn how to eat what you enjoy, enjoy what you eat, lose weight and live easily at the lower weight. These lessons can be taken in Los Angeles once a week for 10 weeks, two a day for five days, or over the weekend for out of town clients.
